Pros
- Incredible leaders. They know the recruiting business, have an awesome network of clients/contacts and have hired some of the best talent I've had the pleasure to work with. Everyone here is extremely good at what they do and it shows. - Generous commission structure, bonuses, internal competitions and tons of other perks make this an A+ place for financial opportunity - Great work/life balance. Management talks the talk and walks the walk on that front. I've never felt more supported in a work place and it's clear that employee well being is high on their priority list.

- Smaller company, which could be a pro or con depending on your preference. Roughly 20 internal employees.
