      dont have anything good to say

      they are always letting people go. if you are not doing well, even if its out of your control, they will let you go. they dont even put you on performance review or try to help you. they will claim that they dont just let people go out of the blue, but dont fall for the hey can you jump on a teams call BS. next thing you know you are jobless and applying for unemployment because you had no indication that you werent performing to their standards. just look at their Linkedin and instagram page...they are always posting about their new hires, because they just let a ton of people go!!

      Please take a look at the tenure of aquesst employees and that will tell you about our team dynamics. If someone is struggling, we do work with our teammates and utilize performance plans that are at minimum of 30 days in duration. Unless it is an ethical or other issue that violates our handbook, plans are always utilized.

      Rachel Madray is the absolute best recruiter I've worked with in the past 3 years. Rachel kept me regularly updated on new opportunities, During the interview process, Rachel went out of her way to ensure I everything needed for a successful interview, along with interview tips. Rachel also kept me updated and informed on the job status, If given the chance, I would highly recommend working with Rachel!!!

      Remote first environment which is nice

      There’s a lot of favoritism and desperate treatment at aquesst. Different people are held to different standards. The morning meeting is just a way to micromanage recruiters while sales coasts for a year+ without making a placement. It’s so backwards.
