      Great training and people you work with.

      Cons

      Got promoted to new department and got a nice raise but WE were not trained which is why after 1 year the dept. did not produce what it should do they wanted to put us back into other departments and take our raise back. Bad practices and very bad management. Plus, they kept messing with my pay.

      Work from home so there’s that.

      Cons

      The management team is a joke . They give the same bs motivational speeches every morning and they try to spin commission changes and product changes as if it’s good for us when it reality the company is just trying to keep more profit for them and pay us less commission . We literally went from 15% commission to 10% with a CHANCE to get 12 not to mention they used to give us REAL spiffs I’ve like $500 now they give $25 lol like what a joke . There’s literally not 1 sales rep making 6 figures .
