Pros
People... Talented and professional. A good work/life balance keeps workload heavy but manageable. Overall, the brand is strong and attempting to provide customers with good makeup and skincare with a side of empowerment.
Cons
Not much room for advancement. Skill-set isn't being utilized. Upper-managent seems a little disorganized as the company grows and plans a move to New York.
