Pros
- very (!) nice and open minded team, I felt welcome from the first second on - fair salary (which I was not used to from start up contexts) - dynamic, agile but at the same time very structured - possibility to work part-time in most of the roles - very clear and transparent communication (e.g. towards further development)
Cons
- working in a start up context can be very challenging and I guess it is not for everyone (but if you like change and beeing able to develop certain structures and processes, it is rather giving you energy)
