Management refuses to improve and is very unprofessional in everything they do. You take a sick leave management will literally ask in depth of your sickness and will tell you to show up anyway. No proper communication on anything and no solid vision on what they want to do. will throw you in random tech left and right. Regular Saturday work no work life balance and you have to stay at office till late 8 coming in at 10. No break time in between either. It will be counted too. If late by 1 second forget half day salary that day. No HRs...just cold calling machines here. HRs have no responsibility or say when it comes to anything ,Management decides and it will always decide against you. They say any job is better than No Job. bluCursor puts this theory to test and you better believe No job is better than job at blucursor.DO NOT JOIN.
