Cons
The company grows, there are growth costs. New positions can sometimes have too many responsibilities. Options to buy shares are given only in exceptional cases. Some product zones in countries do not have sufficient managerial support. Complete requirements cannot be formulated. Because of this, the design of a feature of low quality and the release is constantly delayed because the product manager is endlessly adding requirements and no one knows when the quality will be sufficient. For example, the director of a country does not know the specifics of taxes in the country and cannot find a person who will recognize and tell. All this time, the development is going in the blind, but the customer is not encouraged that the design has not been completed and insists on the implementation and planning of approximate terms. In the process of remote work, this is not so noticeable, but in the permanent office before the pandemic, the company saved a lot on the comfort of developers. You get the comfort of a desktop computer and a large modern monitor. That is, the standard workplace equipment was not bad. However, you also received a very bad work chair, uncomfortable, unreliable, made of bad materials, which could break in a month. The office manager refused to replace these chairs with any others, the chairs were replaced only as they broke (quite often) with the same ones. There were also refusals in requests to get a second monitor for the workplace. Now employees are getting brand new laptops and are happy.
