      Pros

      Working at home, great pay, unlimited income potential, great support. I started working with this company part-time on top of my full-tome job. When I had my daughter in January, I decided to go full-time with BWP Careers so I wouldn't have to put her in daycare. It is awesome to be able to work while holding my baby and make ALOT of money at the same time. Kerry is an amazing mentor whom I have learned a lot from. He makes himself available 24/7 to help in any way. If you listen to him and follow the script you will make hires. You get what you put into BWP. If you work hard the rewards are unlimited!

      Cons

      Every now and then you will get a rude applicant, but remember for every rude applicant they're 100 other applicant who are excited to talk to you! Paid through Western Union which sometimes can be difficult with huge checks because they may not have the funds when you go to collect your pay. It is always good to call first.

      Pros

      High potential to make great income, good products, good compensation for recruiters, they deliver as promised, Also, I appreciate the responsiveness of the management, all my inquiries have been answered

      Cons

      Like in any customer service jobs , you will deal with all kinds of people, issues but you need to be highly organized to succeed. Constantly need to follow up with your candidates but in the end , it is still a great opportunity

      the CEO is a liar. He does not live up to his word. He tells you one thing and does another. He promises you that he will get you leads and then he makes you buy them. He doesn't pay you on time and lies that he sent the check. He makes you read a 37 page Novella and then tests you on it. He is a master manipulator.
