      Pros

      Not too small, not too corporate, growing fast, people know what they are doing, real experts. My manager is good and I like the people. ETRM wasn't what I thought I would do but I like it a lot and it seems to be growing faster than general consulting according to my friends at other firms.

      Cons

      it can be a bit hard to find the work you want/are best at but I guess that is just consulting.

      Supportive leadership that values input from everyone, great teamwork across the board, and awesome benefits. It’s nice to see continued focus on career growth opportunities for all levels.

      Cons

      Change naturally comes with growth, but communication stays strong and leadership keeps people informed.
