Pros
Dress code is very casual
Cons
Management is horrible. They constantly belittle and humiliate you in front of others. They will do anything to get ahead even if that means firing good employees because others do not favor them. Specifically for the designers, they are asked to do way too much for how they are treated and their overall work load. The president of the company gets mad if you leave ON TIME even if you have completed your work for the day. No talking or taking breaks and assigned seating if you try to collaborate with fellow designers. Not a creative space at all and absolutely no direction when it comes to the actual work you are supposed to be doing. Also, LOTS of sexual harassment from the moment you walk in the building. Lots of sketchy things happening in this company especially with the product itself. Designers are asked to photoshop test results related to the product that is supposed to be helping people... Even if you are not salaried (designers be prepared, you will be very underpaid and over worked) you are expected to drop everything on a weekend or during PTO to complete a project that will take DAYS to get approval and will most likely be completely re-designed by a manager with no form of critique or communication about the project. The company preaches about being a family and going on outings together and having fun while working but as soon as you actually start to work there, you realize how miserable everyone is.
