One of the worst experiences I've had in my life and here is why: - Management is clueless, they hire people and fire them a few months later with made up reasons. - Work/life balance does not exist, we were spending 15 hours on average and were considered horrible employees. - We are given unreasonable deadlines and expected to meet them. - Chaotic environment, management is not structured with the tasks they would like employees to work on and your entire time will be spent jumping from one task to another. - Revolving door policy - During my 1 year with the company I've had 4 different bosses and after I left so did my manager. There has been very high attrition across the board in all departments. - Office is very old and lacks automation that is considered basic in 2021. - Rumors about the company shutting down office in Canada and moving to Ohio are not addressed by management. People have asked questions and they have been let go and given reason that they were spreading rumors about the company shutting down, basically asking questions is a bad thing. - Highly political environment it seems everyone is out to get someone. - Lack of appreciation Leaving was the best decision I made and I'm happy in my current role. I didn't have to leave this review but I tried to make it as detailed as possible so that it helps the reader make an informed decision about what they are choosing for themselves. This is not one persons opinion as there is a very negative vibe throughout the company and many people are looking to switch jobs to move to something that doesn't give you that mental stress 24/7.
