Easy work from home job with no minimum requirements for continued employment. You can easily work ten hours one day if there are tasks available, then take the next day off. You are completely free to make your own schedule since your pay is based solely on the tasks you complete. Their method of payment is reliable and consistent and they can be trusted to accurately track the amount of work you do for them. This is a perfect job for those with other engagements (college students, stay-at-home moms, employees of other companies), but wish to make some extra money on the side.

Being a telecommuting freelance job, there is no opportunity for advancement. Work is not always available and the pay is pretty low if you actually take your time and are careful about the work you do. Also, the bonus payment structure is unnecessarily complicated.
