Leadership is approachable and transparent, and there is a strong focus on innovation, growth, and building best-in-class tools for the promotional products industry.

Cons

As a growing SaaS company, priorities can shift quickly, which means you need to be comfortable with change and occasional ambiguity. The pace is fast and expectations are high, so it’s not the right fit if you prefer highly structured environments with lots of process. That said, for people who enjoy ownership and building alongside a passionate team, the tradeoff is worth it.
