Pros

Customers for the most part find the platform very easy to use to send out SMS campaigns. Very impressive current customer base, across the sports and entertertainment verticals. Solid members on the engineering team.

Cons

Multiple failed attempts to move upmarket into the enterprise space. No clear understanding or vision on the proper pricing and fit for the platform. Lack of strong leadership and direction on the Senior Leadership Team. Long-tenured employees leaving esp from the sales and engineering team will lead to the unfortunate demise of the company .

Pros

Great culture, cool product, get to work with some really interesting clients and the work life balance is really great. Leadership team is amazing and they genuinely do care about you as a person.

Cons

It's extremely hard to keep a job here. Revenue goals are very high and quotas are often time very untenable. You get a good base pay but bonuses are very hard to get for the amount of work you have to do.
