Pros
Great culture internally, hiring is done with a mindset of compassionate growth by finding the right individuals Additional annual time off for Training in addition to Research & Development time A hivemind of driven, thoughtful people, with internal ad-hoc discussions /input on issues found on client, opensource or research based topics Whilst the company is still continuing to grow, the org structure makes Leaders of Departments / C-Suite accessible to anyone where needed, regardless of grade / job title Fully remote first, with colleagues located across the globe, with a minimum of 2 company get-togethers a year to catch up and celebrate successes Whilst not always the case, the majority of the work is cutting edge in tech, securing / developing the latest in cloud technologies and open source software
Cons
Consultancies are not everyone's cup of tea, with that comes unpredictable clients, which may not suit everyone's way of working. It should be noted however that this is typically managed well, as opposed to other consultancies I've previously worked at (big 4s). Consultants can be re-prioritised elsewhere or 'rolled off' a project if needed, at no detriment to the individual in terms of performance or review stages
