The whole team is very friendly and supportive. Different departments are more than willing to collaborate on tasks if needs be. It is also a very diverse team. Everyone is definitely rewarded for the long hours that they work.

You are expected to provide your own computer and sometime hours can be a little long.

Despite how awful the work conditions can be, you can still gain a ton of valuable experience from working here.

Management's unreasonable demands are pushing employees to leave the company. We aren't getting paid a lot, but we're expected to do so much and forced to keep up with such relentless pressure every single day. We aren't even provided with any support, which means we end up having to deal with any problems that pop up all by ourselves.
