Cons
cxLoyalty's Engineering practices stem from one motto, what's the least we can pay. This has completely defined all of their decisions and has come at HUGE costs to stability and infrastructure. Upper Management only care about the cost of a project not the actual design or development allowing cheap shortcuts and outsourcing. For the entire time I've worked there nothing ever gets finished without HUGE issues which stem from their constant cost cutting and shortcuts.
