Pros
- Being a startup, the responsibility one gets at the early stages is great. - The exposure to clients is amazing, with constant communication with Fortune 500 companies in the energy domain. - It is really easy to get in touch with the senior management, allowing great feedback and making suggestions. - A lot of foreign travel is involved, which I personally enjoyed as I it helped my personal development :D
Cons
- Given the nature of startups, the environment is quite volatile. This is more of personal preference, since some people enjoy this kind of environment, and some don't.
