      Pros

      Loved the co-workers, healthy work environment and gained some very valuable experience while working here. Flexible work hours/days were very appreciated. Work was straightforward after mastering the process

      Cons

      Moving substantial part of operations overseas, frustrating process to go through. High turnover rate of workers. Not all parts of management team was as involved as they could have been Contracted work, not a lot of job security

      Good Pay Good Culture Feels like home

      Senior Management doing a terrible job when it comes to decision making. "Challenges" are being tweaked on the last minute putting all your efforts into waste. The company haven't grown for the past few years Previous employees says the the previous senior management was better than the current one
