dYdX has been an awesome place to work and grow. While the challenges are hard, it’s exciting to be at the bleeding edge of crypto. What has really made it special is the people. Everyone I’ve worked with here has been both amazing professionally as well as a joy to work with.

It can occasionally be hard work, but I think that always comes with a startup doing meaningful work

The company offers a competitive salary and benefits, including excellent health insurance. They have a very strong engineering team.

Middle management is untrained and unprofessional. Mostly strong engineers who have been promoted but not given management training. Some middle managers have big egos that get in the way of collaboration. In its worst moments, management disparages employees.
