As with many start-ups, having a smaller team means it can sometimes feel hectic and demanding, but management is constantly working on adding new team members to support the company's growing needs.

Senior Management is extremely passionate about the products, retail-partners, and future growth of the company. Startup vibe allows for a nice mix of work and play, and the company culture is all about open communication (top-down and bottom-up). CEO is always accessible, which is hard to find at a company that is growing so fast. Bonus points for being able to bring my dog!
