The work we do here causes a direct impact on making sure a means of livelihood is provided to many. 2. The work culture is very similar to an IT company's culture, with good infrastructure and conveniences. If required, facilities provided allow a team member to work from home also.

Since the deAsra team works within the Persistent System's premises, there is dependency on the Persistent team to provide office space and bandwidth, which sometimes creates a problem.
