Pay is fair, remote work, great co-workers, CEO regularly attends team meetings. Work is fulfilling because you're helping students change their lives. Nice work/life balance.

None I can think of so far. Training is structured, but a majority of it is on your own, but we're all adults here. Not really a con, more of an observation.

Rewarding work, fantastic team, mostly flexible.

Toxic upper management, could be a grinder, lack of clear vision/strategy, shady sales tactics that weren't necessary when the core of the services were so good.
