Located in a great city and has caring team that will work hard to make any models goals achieved.
Cons
Very business oriented. I found this to be a positive but can be tough in the fashion industry. Saw it be a challenge for some of the models around me while others thrived off it. Pro/con.

Business outlook
Pros
• coworkers are very nice and welcoming.
• easy communication since it’s a small company
• it’s clear they care for their models and really take the time to work with everyone.
• Free lunch sometimes
Cons
Where do I start?
• CEO never called me by my name and would mock me when I said I didn’t want to be called that.
• CEO is very hot and cold mood changes very quickly. I was constantly being yelled at for the littlest things I was always on edge.
• “HR” is non existent I would make complaints about certain things and was literally told to get over it.
• HR could be very inappropriate calling employees and models idiots behind their backs. Making fun of ethic names. sharing love for trump. Saying Black Lives Matter is racist. Covid is fake etc.
• There’s some micro aggressions going around. Touching my hair constantly, telling not asking me to put their dirty dishes in the sink etc.
• I was working two jobs for months with promises I would be promoted. I constantly followed up and was always pushed to the side.
• This is not just me multiple employees have shared the same concerns.
• I enjoyed my job but the cons really pushed me over the edge.
• Injured workers are still forced to come in and not offered remote work.
