Pros

In time salary except that I haven't seen single employee welfare program and no perks or benefits for your efforts

Cons

1. Its not employee friendly company 2. Outdated strategy and no option other than accept or leave 3. Men's restroom - Its suffocate like anything - small company 4.Other than sales and Target and project - management doesn't treat you well in any way 5. No insurance for family - they event cut huge chunk of gratuity - and LOP for silly reasons 6. No peer to peer respect - treat like daily wage workers - and no internal support on needs and project -but ask to deliver the results 7. Mainly they lack with technical skilled resource- the project efforts are given based on freelancer suggestion 8. Spends well only on top management folks who are in the system from 8-10 yrs 9. Hike or appraisal or incentives- its a joke- 8-10% for 100% target or quota achievement - worst part is - you cant even achieve 80% of their target 10.only big pay check employees sitting without option -not for new employees 11. Not even single time they got ( Great place to work ) from past 14 years don't fall for fake positive reviews in glassdoor

Pros

Autonomy: High level of trust from upper management to own architectural decisions and roadmap execution.Tech Culture: Solid engineering standards with a strong focus on CI/CD, automation, and continuous learning.Team Talent: Privileged to lead a highly skilled, motivated, and collaborative engineering team.Work Flexibility: As a lead, the remote/hybrid flexibility makes balancing delivery and personal time easy.Growth: Excellent leadership training and support for transitioning from individual contributor to management.

Cons

There is a lot of ownership placed on engineering leads, which can feel overwhelming during major product launches. That said, it eliminates micromanagement entirely and gives you complete creative freedom over how your team solves technical problems.
