The believes of the owner and the way he runs the company is amazing! He makes sure his tribe members are taken care of as well as the community. One example is him have a refrigerator stocked up at all time with food, also the involvement the company has with the childrens charity. Lots of positive energy and smiles in the work place, the tribe members make you feel welcome and not like the new person that just started. Love this place would recommend to any one that is looking for employment with a company that cares about its employees somewhere that the owner knows you by name.
