9yWe certainly hate to hear we fell short of expectations, take every bit of feedback to heart and will certainly game film this one. One of the strong beliefs we hold as a company is people should not need a lot of micro-management or told how to do the right the things. Secondly, we look to reward behaviors and values over just results and sometimes people who are just focused on the results (because this is rampant in many companies) and not looking at how those metrics are achieved will be frustrated. We do recognize that our culture is not for everyone. And it takes people a period of adjustment sometimes until they really understand what it takes to live our core values like "take ownership" (don't blame others..instead look in the mirror) and "be transparent" (admit where you need help or don't understand). We're sorry we weren't a fit for you, but wish you well in all you do!!
