Pros
I learnt a lot about how to deal with an inexperienced Senior Leadership Team and how to be resilient in generating my own success. It wasn't hard to stand out among the other staff at e-Careers, as I was someone who knew what they were doing.
Cons
Usually there is only one single working toilet for all of the male staff in the office to use, which tends to stink. HR in non existent. The Senior Leadership Team don't have a proper understanding of the Apprenticeship industry, and have arguably been delivering apprenticeships illegitimately for a few months near the end of 2022 when they fell out with a dodgy business partner of theirs who tried to steal their clients. I genuinely feel bad for the people that I placed onto apprenticeship programmes with e-Careers, I don't trust the company at all. The family that runs the show are incompetent and essentially bluffing everything. Ask e-Careers for evidence regarding all the employers that they claim to be 'trusted by' on their website. They didn't pay me (and several others) upon ceasing employment with e-Careers, for which we are now collectively taking them to an employment tribunal to claim back the money that we worked for.
