Work/life balance can be a challenge and it is ultimately up to our success consultants to decide how many office opportunities they take on, but we definitely want to make sure we're setting everyone up for success in the long run.

      Flexible and work from home

      Cons

      Continuous paycuts and pressure to meet certain targets or take on more assignments to make up for the paycuts. Penalized for offices not making 95% collection ratio but do not take into account when offices do not collect patient portion or non compliant with scanning insurance payments for posting.
