Pros
- Interesting projects-Every project is different and interesting, you wouldn't know how the time flies
- Great learning experience - You get to work on SOOO many ERP, eCommerce systems and various Business domains
- BEST part about this company are the Managers/Team leads - I wouldn't call them managers they are LEADERS. I've worked in various geographies around the world and hands down they have got the best! I believe that people don't leave the company or their work they leave their managers. The fact that the attrition rate is so low here speaks volume about the managers!
