In realty they have only 2500 numbers of contractual employees and keep boasting 13000 numbers to the client. Yes that huge is the difference. - Clients are serviced very poorly when on boarded - Bad paymasters. - literally every one in the internal team is looking for job outside - Delay is Salary payouts are a common issue. - Since HR does not have any say and more of a dictatorship exists in the company with Business head being the decision maker. Lala type strategies are common approaches to increase productivity, which generally backfires.
