Pros

The team and executives at eClincher are all so intelligent and great to learn from. Working at eClincher has been truthfully a great experience to learn about the SAAS industry. The support team makes the experience, and truly are the best in the industry. Everyone from executives on down are very helpful. If you want exposure and to work along side development & executives that truly care about their product and their mark in the industry-eClincher is the place to be. If you are willing to put in the work, your effort will be noticed. Everyone is very approachable, eager to listen, teach & develop new functionalities in the ever changing social media industry. Everyone's ideas are heard at eClincher. It is a start up that is open to hearing ideas and customer feedback from the sales department.

Cons

You must put in the work. You must understand that if you need direction & "hand holding", eClincher is not the place for you. We are very fast paced, work various time zone hours, and are extremely flexible.

Pros

A paycheck, exposure to dysfunction, coworkers who deserve better.

Cons

This company is a horrible mess from the top down, and anyone thinking of joining should know it will be nothing but disappointment. The executives will LIE to clients, to staff, and even to each other, with zero accountability for the chaos they create. Instead of a real strategy, they obsess over petty details, suffocating everyone under pointless control while letting major issues go unchecked. When projects fail, they simply shift the blame onto a few employees rather than fixing the broken system. The workload is crushing, deadlines are made up on the spot, and the entire environment is exhausting to survive in. There's no real team, no leadership maturity, and no path forward - it's all smoke, mirrors, and denial.
