I love the people I work with. It is a very friendly environment. There is never a day I dread coming into work. The day to day tasks are always changing so it makes things interesting. Upper management is quick to act on ideas and put them into action if they make sense.
Cons
Sometimes you wear may hats and if you are not good at multitasking it can be a bit overwhelming.

Pros
Lots of support for new ideas, everyone seems to be in it to win it and there to help others when needed, and always an eye out for what's best for the customer. Flexible schedules are helpful as well.
Cons
At times it can get stressful as there're always more things to get done than people to do them, but when push comes to shove, people are there to help you through if you ask.
