Crazy nepotism. Soon couples working here will have their kids join too! Employees are not treated with respect. Work is not given to people according to the skills. Company keeps restructuring (according to the CEO's whims and fancies ), so don't expect to achieve your goals. If you have goals, don't join! A bunch of folks are brought in from India, causing poor diversity. You can gain a lot of experience with politics, and see how a family business runs.
