      Pros

      Great team, caring management and good comp plan if you're able to get a good lead. Glad I worked here and had the chance to work under my previous manager. Intuitive product that works very well.

      Cons

      Leads passed mostly to favorites, no budget for internal sales systems, outdated interface for product at the time I worked there. Hoping the product got a face lift as I want to see the team/org succeed but I could see them falling behind the competition if this isn't changed.

      Pros

      Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

      Cons

      Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
