      Pros

      It is a good job no real issues. Great people and communicate a lot with this being a fully remote job. If your client decides to not renew they will move you to another opening. Job security is good here.

      Cons

      Organization could use some work but that is it.

      Pros

      They have excellent clients and their leadership team has a great process to support the sourcers and recruiters. Great benefits. Generous PTO. Remote environment. They are always providing education to improve skills.

      Cons

      It's remote so you do not get that face to face interaction with your team.

      There are absolutely no pros to working here and I would have given it 0 stars if it would have let me.

      Cons

      President is a very big micro manager. Creates a terrible culture and working environment. Also very unethical. Vice president is not much better.
