They are self-motivated, energetic, focused and on top of all they are sharing & living values of the organization. They have some big clients and you can learn a lot there because freedom is there. When you're assigned some work, you have good freedom of how you implement the solution, timelines were also loose at the time I worked, and the management was rather less technically sound. These can actually be advantages to a fresh SE who wants to learn the basics & grow. Staff is friendly and no such bad policies are there.

You don't learn the 'bigger' company culture. Average salary for a fresher.
