Pros
The benefits, the people, the atmosphere, the commute. When you have to be away from home for 8,9,10 hours a day this is the kind of place you want to be.
Cons
Promotions are tough because of being a small company there aren't many areas to move to. Raises also tough since you can't really move anywhere.
