Pros
Sharon was so awesome during the interview and hiring process. She has great connections with a lot of brands and helped guide me through the interview process. Actually...the company I was just hired at, I had previously submitted my resume numerous times over the past few years. It wasn't until I was introduced to Sharon that I was finally able to get my foot in the door. She continually reached out to me give me status updates from the brand and feedback from my interviews. Before every interview, she would help coach me through some questions and give me information on who I was interviewing with. Great experience all around.
Cons
It is a crazy time with the pandemic and my hiring process took awhile. It was nothing Sharon could do, but it is a very rough job market out there.
