This company has the highest turnover rate I have ever seen. People come and go constantly. Most don’t even stay for their first 90-days. Upper management is very cliquey and micromanages all the way down. It is a very unprofessional environment as upper management leads with emotion. The health benefits they offer are extremely expensive and are not traditional group coverage. They do offer a 401k but no match and there is a 1 year waiting period to contribute to it. The pay is mediocre, but not the worst. Save yourself the headache.
