Pros

Great Working Environment: The atmosphere was collaborative and encouraged teamwork, making it a pleasant place to work. Flexible Working Hours: The flexibility allowed me to manage my time effectively, balancing personal and professional commitments. Supportive Management: Management was approachable and offered guidance, helping to foster my development and career growth. Diverse Responsibilities: I was involved in developing and maintaining features for Callrater, a US-based customer support management company. This role allowed me to engage in various aspects of web development, from coding to client communication. Client Interaction: Regular communication with clients helped me understand their business needs better, which was rewarding and instrumental for my professional growth. Technology and Innovation: The company encouraged exploring bleeding-edge technologies and best practices. This was a great environment for learning and applying new skills, especially in Native PHP and PHP Laravel. Team Collaboration: Working within a SCRUM team fostered a productive and supportive atmosphere. The agile methodologies in place helped streamline our projects and improve outcomes.

Cons

Low Salary & Compensation: The salary did not match the level of responsibility and the demanding work environment. Workload and Support: While the 24/7 client support was a valuable experience, it could sometimes lead to demanding hours, especially when addressing urgent issues. Communication Gaps: Occasionally, there were challenges in communication between teams, which could lead to misunderstandings regarding project requirements.
