None to be said as none I did experience

Cons

The worst management I have ever seen. The "so-called" managers are not knowledgable, unprofessional, disrespectful, that know nothing but putting a lot of money in their pockets. Lack of knowledge how to run the business. If you have a question for a manager, his answer is : "lack of my knowledge, I wish I would know the answer". Shame on the Operations Manager to give this answer to his employee. You fight for the right things, you fight for yourself, but at the end they do nothing to solve issues, until you leave the company yourself. Not worthy to work in this company with management that shows no respect to employees.

The new benefits with Abbott are cool! 10 paid holidays and fully paid for healthcare

Cons

Overwork. Embarrassingly underpaid - the average CSM base salary is $75k. At eScreen you make $45-50k base salary for the same work. EXTREMELY OVERWORKED. You will drown in work. Going on vacation is scary because you may come back to a pile of work just left for you because there’s little to no support. Management does not do a good job at advocating for their employees. No bonuses structure because they don’t create KPIs or Metrics that you can be paid for when it comes to retention/renewal/upsell of clients
