Pros
The 12+ month employees are all great to work with and have great bonds. Work from home is definitely a pro as well.
Cons
Just did a big restructuring but brought in a lot of new senior people. All the new people think they own the place and could care less about the existing people or processes so just try and ram everything through. When you bring up issues with what they've done, its framed as being your problem not theirs so they don't care.
