Pros
The peers are great to work with, friendly, and relatable. The mid-management looks out for the employees and is trying to make things better. Job security is high. You can be a terrible employee and they will keep you around, as long as you are fine with low pay. The location has great amenities. Several restraunts to walk to, nice downstairs lobby with tables and seating, and office suite is small so it's easy to get around. The office looks really nice. Every quarter they offer either breakfast or lunch for the office. Casual to business-casual attire.
Cons
Only one work from home day and seems unwilling to increase to two. Keeps saying it will happen but then comes up with excuses and then says it's the employees' faults that we're not allowed two days. Upper management is awful. Individuals not related to a department will micromanage other department employees even if they don't report to them. Upper Management makes a lot of empty promises. Rewards poor performing employees but criticizes the hard workers. Be ready to troubleshoot your own computer/network issues. We are a tech company but we are so far behind on tech knowledge. The best and friendliest people don't stick around more than a year or two. They realize how bad the management is and leave.
