      Awesome technology. Terrific Team Support. Flexible Work Schedule. Low Fees. Better Commission structure.

      Cons

      I have not found any unless having a Brick & Mortar Office Building to report too is a top priority in your world. My clients don't care where I work from.

      Great company to work for. Remote work environment. Great commission split, low fees.

      Cons

      Nothing really, I had a great experience. If fully remote is not for you, I don’t recommend eXp.
