Company and management were not transparent about the state of our employment. Lay offs in groups for months and the way the one I was in was handled was unempathetic and honestly disgusting. Our supervisor came in and read from a script then left the room. Not a thank you, We are sorry, nothing. HR rep refused to answer any questions. Now Glenn has stated the company laid off too many people and he needs to rectify it. Meanwhile those of us who were laid off are still jobless and struggling. Maybe they shouldn't have tried to outsource our jobs to other countries. So accidentally laying off too many people is a ridiculous statement when it comes to people's lives and wellbeing. The company does not care about the employees and operates in an unethical manner- violating the WARN Act is one of the examples. We had an hour notice. DO BETTER!
