When we make decisions around compensation, we try to consider many factors including market value for the area, comparable company size and business, and of course skills required for the role. Our hope is that you’ll feel we are more than fair when providing merit increases for great performance and pay fairly in general. In regards to our benefits, every year we go to market and research the best options available for our company size, and ensure that we are providing stellar benefits at an affordable cost. As you may know, the company decided to actually REDUCE employee contributions to insurance this year, so hopefully you are now feeling better about the cost.
