      Consistently strong annual growth over the last 10+ years means expectations are always extremely high to continue this rapid growth.

      My position was well compensated

      Cons

      I did not enjoy or find value in my time at ebbo. I found senior leadership to be off putting at best and besides my direct supervisor no one put any effort into getting to know me as a person.
