Company is dedicated to helping out their clients and subsequently their patients. Its a great feeling knowing you are making a difference in healthcare. Great leadership in other sectors of the business.

A lot of racial favoritism. Interns will work on senior level projects, while full time employees are not assigned any work. Very much stuck in a late 90s mentality of programming/language concepts. If you are not wanted, you will know very quickly.
