      Pros

      Edgefactory is an amazing team and I wouldn't have half of the experience I have today if I didn't take this opportunity.

      Cons

      I have nothing bad to say. It was truly a wonderful environment to work in and I'd hope to work with them again!

      Pros

      Fun atmosphere, free snacks (when they have a budget), travel perks, convention swag.

      Cons

      A very toxic work environment. Some members of leadership actively work against other members of leadership. Owner will yell at employees in front of other employees, other vendors, and even in front of the client. Leadership will not acknowledge their own mistakes. Lead by carrot and stick. Company burns bridges with vendors and clients.
